Dear Friend of Hollywood Arts,

Join me in becoming a member of Hollywood Arts.
My name is Emily Kay and I'm the founder of Fancy Feet Dance Studios in the Pacific Palisades.

A few months ago my friend Robyn Cohen told me about a new charity she thought was doing incredible work to help homeless kids. She asked if I wanted to help her put together a fundraiser to raise money to help Hollywood Arts.

With Robyn and a small group of friends, we organized Our Gift of Light--A talent show featuring young people in the Palisades with 100% of of the proceeds going to help homeless young people.

I'm honored to be a member of Hollywood Arts and to support homeless kids through my personal resources and talents.

Help homeless kids for $40. Become a member too.

    Nicole Dionne

My name is Nicole Dionne and I founded Primal Scream.

Inspired by the healing aspects of Hollywood Arts, I became a member and joined the Leadership Committee.

To introduce Hollywood Arts to other artists, I recently presented them at an event I hosted with EMI, Astralwerks, and Bluenote, featuring fashion designer Henry Duarte (pictured here) and performances by Sia, The Bird and The Bee, and The Little Ones.

    Tom Goodrich

My name is Tom Goodrich and I work for ORIX Finance.

I learned about Hollywood Arts when I met a board member at an event. I was so impressed with their work that I became a member.

There are a lot of charities in LA doing great work but the energy and passion of the Hollywood Arts team is contagious and it's easy to find yourself excited to be involved. Plus, as someone new to the area, becoming a member is a great way to meet new people bound by a common interest.

    Meet Kat Green
    Kat Green

My name is Kat Green and I'm the VP of Production for BMG Music.

I learned about Hollywood Arts at the Dream Awards. I was moved by their mission and felt like this is a charity that uses the arts in a real, life-changing way.

I've always wanted to get involved in volunteer work but never found the right organization. With my background in music, Hollywood Arts made sense. I just became a member and joined two committees!

Students pose in front of drawings with Jim Wiatt, CEO of the William Morris Agency.

Last week our student exhibition opened in the lobby of the William Morris Agency in Beverly Hills. Eighteen Hollywood Arts' students exhibited their self portraits which will be displayed for the next month.

The Agency also treated the students to lunch where they met music, movie and sports agents and learned about what agents do and how to become an agent.

Student Michael Porter: I just want to say thanks for allowing me and the rest of the kids to see more of how this business works.

It was great to be there at William Morris. And to just listen and take in so much information.

Thanks to the William Morris Agency for their vision in putting this program together!

And thank you again to the Universal Discover a Star Foundation for supporting the Urban Arts program at Hollywood Arts!
